Holly Mehne, LMSW
Holly Mehne is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who offers a warm compassionate presence to those she works with. She has experience supporting individuals facing substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions in both individual and group therapy settings. Holly believes that healing unfolds through safety, connection, and the freedom to be fully human.
Her approach is rooted in mindfulness-based practices, somatic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. Holly also draws from a psychodynamic lens to gently explore how early relationships and underlying patterns may shape present-day experiences. With particular care for those navigating eating disorders, she helps clients reconnect with their authentic self—fostering self-trust and self-compassion along the way.
Outside of the therapy room, Holly finds grounding in nature, creative outlets, and the quiet joy of time spent with her dog.
