Krista believes in an integrative approach that allows her and her clients to collaboratively build a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that best supports self-awareness and goals. Krista has experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work/school challenges, trauma, eating disorders, and clients on probation/parole. She operates from an IFS and experiential lens, while integrating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her work. Krista believes that being human, first and foremost, is what connects us all.

Krista received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University. Some particular areas of clinical for Krista interest include premarital and couples work, counseling couples in business together, depression and anxiety, life transitions, goal-oriented life coaching, and career counseling.
