Lisa Juliano, MSW

After graduating from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Lisa is in her second year of Fairfield University's Master of Clinical Social Work program. Lisa has experience working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment settings facilitating therapy groups. Her background includes clinical experience with mental illnesses such as bipolar and borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. Lisa works with clients to practice mindfulness and distress tolerance, enhance interpersonal effectiveness, and improve emotional regulation skills through a DBT lens.  

Lisa is passionate about helping clients develop healthy relationships with themselves and others and create meaningful connections rooted in self-acceptance and respect. Ultimately, her goal is to help them find their purpose and self-love.

Lisa is under the direct supervision of Christine Sacane (LCSW), where she can benefit from Ms. Sacane’s seasoned experience in therapeutic outcomes and service delivery. Ms. Sacane has a comprehensive understanding of the needs of individuals with mental health issues and is equipped to provide Lisa with the support and guidance she needs as she embarks on her future career in social work.
